Exploration of line In almost all aspects of my life I plan down to the smallest detail, however when I create, I find myself immersed in a intuitive mindset, trusting my creative process. Through doing what feels natural rather than analyzing and planning allowed myself to take a break from the order my days often have. Starting each piece using charcoal, I worked with a given line, emphasizing it using white, gray and earth tones. My process for each piece uses collage techniques from found materials, acrylic paint, and other mediums to create organic shapes and a sense of depth.
